Summary:
Northwest Automation Products is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Inside Sales/Warehouse. This unique position combines inside sales and warehouse responsibilities, offering a versatile opportunity.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
- Assist with product quoting and pricing.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide product information and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.
- Implement and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and inside sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industrial automation products and components is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce and Profit 21 is a plus.
