We're currently looking for a talented Packing Specialist to join our team and help push orders to our customers through prompt and accurate shipping. In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be a team player with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Pull daily picklist and package customer orders in a timely manner
- Constructing packaging material (shipping boxes)
- Ensuring all orders are correctly fulfilled and delivered/shipped daily
- Maintaining inventory to set stock minimums
- Pre-pack inventory as needed/requested
- Weighing and logging in daily flower inventory
- Assist with coordination of wholesale and retail drops
- Daily maintenance of packing room, inventory, and machines
Schedule:
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. This is a physically active position where you will have to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Full time availability
- Basic knowledge of measuring dry weight
- Good mathematical skills
- Have dependable transportation
- Own a smartphone
- Have a high school diploma or better

- Be detail oriented, organized, reliable, and punctual
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 lbs
- 21 years or older
Bonus Qualifications:
- Previous Hemp/Cannabis industry experience
- Previous packing/shipping experience
- Previous experience with inventory management
- Knowledge of ShipStation, BigCommerce, Shopify
- Knowledgeable of hemp plants & strains
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
