About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-focused, values-grounded, winning-oriented, and patient-centric sales professional to join our company as a Regional Account Executive, focused upon deepening our connections and broadening our reach within the Charlotte market.
This key individual contributor will strategically balance their focus between centers of gravity within the cardiology community, seeking to help physicians and staffs more effectively and efficiently utilize our treatment modality to drive world-class clinical outcomes.
Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships with key providers in the market, the successful candidate will continually place the patient experience where it belongs – at the center of the decision-making process – while also ensuring that the varied stakeholders in patient care have their needs met. As a self-directed role, this position requires a successful candidate to possess and utilize both a strategic mindset in designing a broad approach to the market and a tactically competitive urgency to execute that vision.
You will be accountable for building and maintaining those referring provider relationships, helping to educate and advocate for our therapy, providing patient education and assistance as required, and helping to develop and focus our efforts associated with growth within the market.
Every day, you will get a chance to operate at the delicate and exciting intersection of compassionate patient care and fast-paced medical innovation and will get the chance to contribute meaningfully to an organization that’s transforming the way heart health is contemplated, delivered, and measured.
About You:
- You’re a values-centered, mission-driven, innately competitive person with a relentless focus and internal motivation, always seeking to create exceptional outcomes for yourself and for the team around you.
- You love to interact with others, creating mutually beneficial relationships everywhere you go; understand how to move over, under, around, and through adversity; and embrace the value of not just understanding how to do so, but executing every day.
- You have a strong executive presence, and are capable of facilitating complex technical discussions, ably wielding clinical results and weaving them into a narrative, and dispassionately evaluating and understanding the landscape while passionately advocating for change and excitedly owning the outcomes therein.
- You eagerly pursue opportunities to educate, inform, and advocate on behalf of compelling and exciting topics, whether healthcare or otherwise.
- You’re excited to face adversity, are thrilled by lining up across from a challenging situation and relish the feeling of victory that accompanies both professional sales and personal hobbies.
- You possess a strong business acumen, enjoy diving into the complexities of an issue and understanding it from a deeper perspective, not merely a superficial view.
- You have experience in healthcare, ideally in cardiology, whether in patient care or business development.
- Your clients are thrilled to work with you, value your insight, and can’t wait to bring their challenges to you to get your perspective.
- You have a passion for healthcare, for patient care, and for bettering the lives of others through innovation and data-driven clinical decision-making.
- You’re fascinated by clinical data, energized by medical insight, and fueled by the desire to advance your learning and education.
- Your grit is unmatched, invigorating you when you experience a challenge, motivating you to achieve unmatched results, and orienting your thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, and actions around an outcome-based endpoint, not an effort-based one.
- You’re thrilled to learn and grow, and sprint toward opportunities to expand your knowledge base, even when it requires vulnerability.
