Position Overview
As a Content Marketing Manager Intern at Flow, you will play an important role in driving our B2B lead generation and marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generates high-quality B2B incoming leads for the sales organization for Flow's groundbreaking product, Flow Turbo™, the World's First SaaS AI Sales Prospecting Solution.
In this position, you will engage in a multifaceted marketing approach that includes meticulous market research, audience segmentation, and the copywriting of compelling narratives that resonate with our target demographic, B2B sales organizations and B2B sales reps. You will be responsible for developing and executing B2B lead generation campaigns that leverage an array of channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Your success will hinge on your ability to create data-driven marketing strategies. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, define clear product differentiators in the continously expanding and ever-growing SaaS and AI market, and understand customer pain points, ensuring that Flow's B2B marketing efforts are both targeted and effective in generating highly qualified B2B leads. You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate and optimize lead generation efforts, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to track the customer journey from initial contact through conversion.
Additionally, your expertise in technical B2B copywriting will be critical in creating high-impact content tailored for diverse platforms. This includes writing persuasive copy for customer-facing and public-facing web assets, writing persuasive copy for landing pages, writing informative technical whitepapers, and writing extensive technical blog posts designed to generate leads from the marketing funnel to the sales funnel. You will also write and manage email blasts, targeted email marketing campaigns, developing segmentation strategies to ensure messaging is relevant and impactful for different audience personas.
Collaboration will be key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, product management, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. Your ability to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives will enhance our overall strategy and drive B2B lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is a total expert in sales, and will have 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, content marketing, blogging, email marketing, social media marketing, web marketing, lead generation, and copywriting. A Bachelor's degree in English Literature or Marketing is required, and an impeccable command of the English language is essential. The internship is remote-only and requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week.

- Create compelling B2B content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Blogging & Content Creation:
- Write and publish regular blog posts that address the pain points and interests of our target audience.

- Email Marketing:
