We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Lead to join our team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly.

- Inventory and Delivery Management: Receive, organize, and monitor inventory shipments to ensure quality and accuracy. Pick up local deliveries as needed.
- Venue Support: Assist with general upkeep and operations of the cafe and grocer, ensuring the space is well-maintained and functional.
- Special Events: Provide on-site support for events, including setup, breakdown, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Physical Tasks: Handle tasks requiring lifting (30-50 lbs) and moving supplies or equipment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to address operational needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record (vehicle required).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous restaurant, foodservice, or grocer experience preferred.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
