Job Description
As a customer service representative, you’ll be responsible for placing floral orders with our member florists via phone or online. Who doesn’t love flowers?!
Requirements
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude (no negative nellies here)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Multitask with accuracy
- Computer Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or French and English a plus
- Dependability
- Available 20-28 hours per week, including every Saturday (Open Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 11:30am-4:30pm)
