Nursery Department Lead

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with significant and specialized plant knowledge.

Applicants should know the needs and care of a variety of plants like nursery stock, perennials, annuals, and indoor foliage.
We value practical experience beyond the weekend gardener and applicants with extensive knowledge of a specific plant family are highly encouraged to apply.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining your retail department, as well as, plant displays, pricing, maintenance, and plant care. There is significant customer interaction.

Qualified applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of our fast-paced, high-volume operation. Our retail complex covers several acres outside and undercover.

In addition to one or more years of applicable department experience, we are looking for a friendly, team-oriented person with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to shifting priorities is essential.
