Bringing Home the Dough :
Salary range : $48000 - $53000 / year. DOE
Under the direction and guidance of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), the HR Generalist will receive training in the management of the human resource function including human resource policies and procedures, benefits, safety, compensation, training and development, employee relations and communications, as well as some aspects of payroll. Assist the HRBP in a staff capacity to implement personnel and employee relations responsibilities.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and / or quality. Must have the ability to represent the Human Resource Department to various levels of management and employees in all types of personnel situations.
