What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced bus driver to join our transportation team.
This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime based on work requirements. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be offered for this role. We are flexible on the exact working hours for your schedule based on your availability.
The ideal candidate will have prior passenger driving experience and must be extremely customer service oriented. For this role, you will be transporting customers using a bus to their destination. A class B driving license is required to be considered for this job. We offer training classes for our specific vehicles.
We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively operating a bus to transport clients to their destinations
- Following all traffic laws and safety requirements at all times
- Passing our vehicle training classes and acquiring all certifications required for the position
- Performing vehicle safety inspections prior to each route
- Using GPS software to navigate to your location
- Working directly with the transportation manager
- Assisting passengers with loading their belongings onto the vehicle
- Remaining professional at all times while communicating with passengers
- Reporting issues or delays in your route to dispatching
Qualifications:
- A Class B driver license
- Prior experience driving a bus is preferred but it is not required
- Fantastic customer service skills and communication
- The ability to lift 40 pounds
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
- Reliable transportation to work
- No formal education is required
