Production Supervisor

Flowly Solutions is hiring for a production supervisor for our production team.

This is a full time position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. No weekend work will be offered for this role. You may be required to work overtime based on manufacturing needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. You will be overseeing all areas of production as well as employee performance. This role requires you to manager order progress and to adjust as needed. You must be willing to be involved with the work physically if it is needed.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employees to ensure production metrics are being met
• Ensuring all manufacturing protocols and safety requirements are active
• Working directly with the production manager to complete orders
• Performing employee evaluations and conducting disciplinary action if it is required
• Using our computer programs to manage work orders
• Assisting in production if it is needed to complete a project
• Completing trainings for new employees
• Conducting quality checks to ensure there are no defects in production
• Maintaining a clean and organized working environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a supervisor in a production environment
• Fantastic communication skills
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs
• The ability to manage employees
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
