QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and student management software.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Process and maintain student attendance records using the Student Management System.

Track staff attendance and coordinate substitute teacher scheduling.

Verify student grades at the end of each grading period and generate report cards.

Update and maintain electronic student records, including demographic and custody changes.

Prepare correspondence and reports for the principal.

Assist families with student accident insurance claims and questions.

Coordinate facility use and scheduling.
-
Assist administrative staff and the attendance clerk as needed.

Process and submit student accident reports.

Send official notifications regarding student suspensions.

Maintain and distribute necessary forms for staff and students.

Update and maintain the school website.

Attend staff meetings as required.
-
Ensure compliance with school board policies, contracts, and guidelines.

Uphold a high level of confidentiality regarding student and school information.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or superintendent.
