- Job responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information about different strains, dosages, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and harm-reduction strategies
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and I-502 compliance

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with experience in retail sales and cash register operations
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide product demos
- Experience in stocking and maintaining inventory in a retail setting
- Familiarity with POS systems and phone etiquette
- Prior experience in upselling and merchandising preferred
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Squat and kneel
- Remain standing for 8 hours
- Move from a seated/kneeling position to a standing position quickly.
- Lift 50 pounds regularly
