Production Coordinator

TITLE: Production Coordinator

LOCATION: Tarboro, NC,

SHIFT: 2nd Shift- Onsite

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel
• Inspect Materials, Products, or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions
• Maintain Operations Data
• Organize Workflow
• Read and Analyze Charts, Work Orders, and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements
• Plan and Establish Work Schedules, Assignments, and Production Sequences to meet Production Goals
• Requisition Materials, Supplies, Equipment Parts, or Repair Service
• Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems, Complaints, or Grievances
• Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate with 10 years experience as a direct production supervisor
• 5 years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth
• 3 years of work experience in Production Planning/ Scheduling
• Familiar with Project Management processes
• Proven ability to lead teams
• Experience in coaching, and counselling direct reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Pay range and compensation package:

$60k-$75k
