Senior Order Coordinator, Planner

FLSmidth is looking for a Customer Service - Order Coordinator/Planner.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

FLS is looking for a Customer Service - Order Coordinator to be a part of our Order Execution team in Salt Lake City.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, expediting and logistics to ensure on time delivery to our valued customers.
• Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well updates to several customer portals.
• Maintain an open order log, tracking orders as they process through our ERP system.
• Visit customer sites to review inventory levels and support planning of inventory as needed.
• Support sales through technical review of drawings and BOM to ensure comprehensive proposal submitted to the customer.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email keeping them updated on their orders.
• Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.
• Build relationships with global colleagues and customers to create a fun and exciting environment that allows for growth within the organization.
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous experience with order processing and execution
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• English fluency
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP.
• Associates degree: Engineering/Drafting or 3-5 years technical experience.
