ROLE SUMMARY
The SPARK internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical learning opportunities. The intern will work closely with the Retail Department to contribute to ongoing projects, gain insight into cannabis retail strategies, and develop skills that align with their academic and career goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in customer experience evaluations, training logs, and store assessments.
- Conduct research and analysis on organizational behavior, sales growth strategies, and retail operations.
- Collaborate with team members on training initiatives, presentations, and manuals.
- Support Retail with aged inventory reporting, discount reporting, store audits, store visits, new hire sales training, and KPI reporting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must actively be enrolled to pursue a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Retail experience is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Ensuring products are efficiently delivered to our patients is a top priority. Flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed are essential to both your success and the success of the company.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
