About the Job
- You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality, compliance, and safety within the cultivation department.
- You will oversee daily and weekly cultivation quality activities, ensuring that all personnel and processes adhere to our production plans and procedures.
- You will also be responsible for analyzing and developing quality process improvements for cultivation areas, executing quality and compliance goals within cultivation, and ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance of all cultivation activities and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and participation in QMS activities
- Analyzing and developing quality process improvements
- Executing quality and compliance goals within cultivation
- Maintaining quality control, safety, and compliance of all cultivation activities and personnel
- Monitoring seed to sale system for compliance obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- Experience working in Cannabis and/or highly regulated industries
- Certified Quality Inspector Certification or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
