FluidLogic is an exciting startup at the intersection of hydration and wearable technology. Creating products for a variety of vertical markets, including the U.S. Military.


We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration™ systems for active people doing active things. 


Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.


Partnering with a team that is passionate about designing, prototyping, validating, and launching exceptional consumer electronic hardware products. You will have the opportunity to manage the planning, and development of bleeding edge hardware products. You will inspire and drive the execution of the strategy! You will own documenting all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedule, and meeting agendas/notes.

What You Will Own
  • Project Management:
-Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware product development projects.
-Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality
assurance, to ensure cohesive project progress.
  • Strategy Execution:
-Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, driving the team towards the successful
launch of hardware products.
-Inspire and motivate the team to deliver their best work and adhere to the highest standards of
product development.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
-Document comprehensive project requirements, including technical specifications, user needs, and business goals.
-Maintain detailed records of project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and contingency plans are in place.
-Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and notes, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
  • Risk Management:
-Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
-Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance and Validation:
-Partner with the quality assurance team to define testing protocols and ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
-Oversee the validation process of prototypes, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and user expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
-Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
-Present project updates, proposals, and outcomes to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement:
-Gather and analyze feedback from product testing and market responses to inform future product development initiatives.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, experimentation, and learning within the team.

This role is central to driving the successful development and launch of hardware products, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and leadership skills to inspire teams and bring cutting-edge products to market.








What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in engineering program management, team lead, or product design engineering
  • Experience in low cost high volume consumer electronics
  • Experience in product development and phase gate approach
  • Experience in NPI build management
  • Passion for improving processes, plans, and all things that are simply broken
  • Multi-national program/product development experience
