Fluidra is looking for a Contract Customer Records Management Rep to join our team in Carlsbad, Ca.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
This position is responsible for Customer Records Management (CRM) functions to include maintaining customer addresses, creating new customers, updating customer details (i.e. primary business type, special programs/achiever levels), and adding Contract Service Company (CSC) information to accounts. Additionally, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone across all regions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service Managers to efficiently address and resolve customer account updates and inquiries.
- Handle customer requests with professionalism, including processing rewards orders, updates, and inquiries via email.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- This role requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
- Function as a back-up CFL Advocate for all regions when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Expected hourly rate is $24.00 - $25.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location. Your recruiter will provide additional details on our compensation.
