What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operations Manager position at Fluidra North America?
**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate mixing equipment for the blending and compounding of raw materials to produce specific liquid and powder reagents.
- Ensure quality of reagents using lab equipment and perform tests on products to make sure they meet standards and specifications.
- Follow safety policies and procedures when handling chemicals to include proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Record all data on batch prep sheets and production in the ERP system.
- Interface with ERP system and Department Supervisor and/or Lead to ensure accurate inventory of raw ingredients.
- Inspecting the accuracy and quality of finished goods produced on the automatic and semi-automatic bottling lines.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures and rules. You will also contribute to team effort by working where needed on the production floor.
