The Group HSE Manager is responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs in alignment with global standards. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, advanced certifications, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant HSE management experience, including leadership roles. The Group HSE Manager will lead the HSE team, set strategic goals, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct regular audits and inspections. They will also oversee HSE training programs, promote a culture of safety, and manage incident investigations and reporting.
In addition to leadership and compliance duties, the Group HSE Manager will engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure HSE standards are met. They will represent the company in industry forums, communicate HSE performance, and develop strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in HSE management systems are essential for this role.Why Fluor:
