Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical project configuration and/or office support for the MasterPlant technology in conjunction with the office Automation Manager.
- Manage the department, develop, and manage the office's Project Automation Specialists (PAS).
- Contribute to, promote, and ensure effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities.
- Provide direction and guidance for Project Automation Specialists providing configuration and office support for the MasterPlant technology.
- Work with the Project Information Manager (PIM) to analyze any technical implementation or configuration issues for the MasterPlant technology.
- Analyze and evaluate the MasterPlant technology support and implementation requirements.
