General Statement of Duties:
Perform various administrative duties in Loan Servicing Department. Duties include preparation of weekly and monthly satisfaction & Assignment reports. Preparation of payoff letters and processing satisfaction of mortgages. General servicing duties and the ability to multi-task. Must be able to handle heavy duty files.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for weekly and monthly satisfaction & assignment reports.
2. Payoff letters for HELOC and Construction Loans.
3. Releases on Construction and Commercial Loans.
4. Process Special Escrow refunds when loan satisfies.
5. Satisfy loans of the Miser BA System (HELOC & Construction).
6. Responsible for sending documents to DMI for release and satisfaction purposes.
7. Responsible for sending documents to attorneys for assignments.
8. Process monetary transactions for General Ledger.
9. Prepare daily recap journal for account purposes.
10. Customer service.
11. General servicing on mortgages, all types.
12. Communicating with Title Company regarding Satisfactions of Mortgage and verifying figures.
13. Review and approve payoff letters.
14. Satisfaction preparation.
15. Process Rate Changes on Miser BA Loans.
16. Assist with Insurance Report Review and updates.
17. Assist with CoreLogic processes.
18. Must be able to multitask across various areas within the department, including insurance and account reconciliation.
19. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures. Perform additional accountabilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Hours: 37.50
This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if the hours worked are over 40 hours.
The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors permitted by law.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Management Skills.
- Good typing Skills.
- Basic knowledge of good mathematical techniques. Ability to solve a difference
- Must be thoroughly organized.
- Computer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel) DMI RIS/Miser Desktop System, a plus.
- Ability to multi-task
