Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects on behalf of Maryland Aviation Administration at Baltimore Washington International (BWI) airport
- Serve as face of the CMI team, serving as main point of contact for client
- Responsible for delivering CMI services for air side, landside and terminal building projects
- Supervise CMI staff, including Res. engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, document control administrators
- Administer contracts for sub consultants
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for client
- Liaison with client's Airport Operations, Facility, Engineering and Construction, Program Management consultant
- Report to Program Manager and supervise Construction Management and Inspection staff, including resident engineers, assistant resident engineers, office engineers, QA inspectors, and admin assistants
- Planning and managing works of all disciplines to ensure compliance with the relevant Contract requirements, specifications and standards, safety cases etc.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or construction related field
- Aviation project experience is required
- Minimum of 15 years experience in project management/construction management
- Full time on-site position, with occasional remote work
- PE preferred or similar industry credentials such as CCM, PMP, etc.
- Experience at BWI Airport construction program is a plus.
