Responsibilities
- Prepare project specifications, complete project documents, analysis, and reports.
- Analyze and interpret data, conducting impact studies, cost analyses, design requirements, and site selection.
- Design systems, components, and processes related to water resources.
- Perform quality control reviews, field reviews, and observations of ongoing construction projects.
- Provide technical guidance to junior and support staff, and manage small multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with client objectives, regulations, and industry standards.
- Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- Proficiency in production software and construction document production.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
