Your Role
This position will be mostly focused on our Salesforce platform with the other portion of time dedicated to technology-oriented projects. A portion of the Salesforce Admin function is management of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks with the other portion dedicated to growing the platform through change requests and contribution to larger dev projects.
- Create and manage Salesforce accounts and contract records ensuring consistent data standards are utilized.
- Utilize Salesforce Data Loader to export, clean, and import large datasets due to master record changes.
- Manage data quality, correct non-compliant records, and ensure poorly used fields or functions are retired.
- Manage new user creation and offboard process to ensure proper profiles and permission sets are assigned, and record continuity is preserved for offboarded team members.
- Train/support end users with the SFDC application and act as an escalation point for internal Salesforce issues.
- Lead and manage current and upcoming Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless coordination with both internal teams and external partners to deliver swift and effective solutions.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and milestones to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that address current needs and anticipate future requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or Related Field.
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce Administration of Users, Profiles, Layouts, Workflows, Integrations, Data Loader, and other Salesforce functionality
- Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, etc.)
