Lima One Capital’s Salesforce Summer Intern will work with multiple departments across the organization that utilize our Salesforce software. The intern will join us at an exciting time as we are introducing a new tech-stack and will get experience in a brand-new salesforce environment in an established organization. The intern will get first-hand experience working beside a Salesforce Admin and be able to learn skills, ask questions, bring new ideas, etc.
The internship program will run from May 19 to August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with final UAT testing of the new Salesforce.
- Assisting with Salesforce support tickets (trouble shooting with users, onboarding/offboarding, updating permissions, etc.)
- Helping with user adoption in Salesforce
- Troubleshoot issues within the software.
- Creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Reimplement CSAT Surveys through our system
- Oversee data quality checks
- Work with Sales & Marketing to help assist the launch of campaigns
- Current or recently graduated student majoring in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and able read nonverbal ques
- Ability to create reports & graphs
- Salesforce experience is a plus
