Flybridge Staffing is looking for a Sr. BI Developer for one of our clients (Full-Time / permanent). Our client is a growing technical consulting company specializing in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Integration, Database Administration, Data Security, SharePoint, Cloud Design, EDI Integration, Disaster Recovery, and Enterprise Architecture Planning.

Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client data warehouses
Build Power BI and SSRS reports
Create SQL Server Integration Services Packages and Tabular Model OLAP Cubes
Collaborate closely with clients to assess and meet project needs
Technical Skills
Expert SQL Server T-SQL Development (5 years)
SQL Server Integration Services (5 years)
Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (1 year each)
SQL Server Analysis Services, Excel Pivot Tables
Project Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead projects to completion
Comfortable guiding clients to define project requirements
Creative problem-solving for healthcare clients
Capable of managing multiple projects, highly detail-oriented, and data validation
Preferred Experience (not required) :
3-5 years of healthcare data experience (payer or ACO side)
Experience with healthcare claims, provider data, EDI X12, and encounter workflows
SQL Server Analysis Services DAX, Database Administration
Windows Failover Cluster, PowerShell
