Monitor crew contracts, identify high-potential talent, and develop strategies to retain top talent. Collaborate on succession planning to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement:
Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement by implementing initiatives that promote satisfaction, well-being, and alignment with Flying Bark’s values.
  • Recruitment & Contracting:
Partner with Producers and Recruitment to attract and secure top talent. Manage visas, contracts, and relocation processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Performance Management:
Support crew in achieving their best by addressing challenges professionally, conducting performance reviews, and managing grievances in collaboration with the People & Culture Manager.
  • Offboarding & Alumni Engagement:
Ensure respectful offboarding processes and maintain relationships with former employees to encourage potential rehires or advocacy for Flying Bark.
  • Process Optimisation:
Continuously refine and optimise crew lifecycle processes to enhance efficiency, engagement, and consistency in the employee experience.
  • Employer Branding:
Enhance Flying Bark’s reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role is instrumental in fostering an environment where crew members feel supported, valued, and inspired to contribute to Flying Bark’s success

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A solid understanding of the animation, film, or creative industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
