We are seeking an Admin Assistant that will ensure a smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all office paperwork as assigned by the Admin /Managers.
- Manage the daily paperwork related to the specific job function.
- Work with the Purchasing manager and supervisors on the day-to-day operations.
- Work with Management to produce and maintain the documents following Flying Food’s systems and practices.
- Perform all other Purchasing department and related duties assigned by your manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Office/Clerical work with basic computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills will excellent phone skills
- Must have Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Speak, read, and write English
- Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required.
