Job Description
We are seeking an Admin Assistant that will ensure a smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support.
Essential Functions
- Process and prepare all bills
- Process production orders daily
- Distribute production schedules and orders to all required departments
- Assist with inventory control (posting min/max levels, etc)
- Prepare and distribute all CCP's and required documentation to assigned team leaders
- Count daily surplus
- Take minutes at briefings
- File paid invoices
- Assist HR-onboarding, I-9's, and any other HR related functions
- Manage cafeteria, menu and inventory
- Manage Safety Program-Injury Reporting and any other safety functions
- Any other duties assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications
- Clerical experience required
- Basic skills required in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be a flexible team player to assist with office-wide responsibilities
- Must have the skill set and the willingness to do low/high end tasks
- Must be well organized, detail orientated and multitask well
