Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the master list of ingredients for production (e.g. All Nippon Airways Co., LTD (ANA)) for the current menu cycle. Participate in menu meetings prior to every cycle change.
- Perform detailed inspection of all ingredients at decanting stage of requisition to verify compliance with FFG food safety and QSAI standards.
- Work closely with the procurement and storeroom teams to address any non-confirming components, ensuring only the high-quality materials are used in production.
- Conduct visual assessments including the verification of decanting ingredients from the original packaging in the kitchen, cooking and chilling, and assembly of food.
- Conduct spot checks and audits to ensure continuous adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, document, and communicate any defects or issues found during inspections, ensuring timely resolution with production teams.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, documenting the results of inspections and any corrective actions taken.
- Participate in root cause analysis for any recurring quality problems, helping to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support quality control throughout the production process, collaborate with production staff to identify and rectify issues early in the production process, eliminating potential negative comments.
- Assist in chef’s tables (e.g. All Nippon Airways Co., LTD (ANA)) and provide feedback to production team on ways to improve quality control processes.
- Carry out other production quality-related tasks as directly by FSQ Supervisors to support the overall quality assurance function.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or food safety certificates in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Language: English is required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Consistent follow-through needed.
