What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Supervisor position at Flying Food Group?
- Oversee daily sanitation operations implementing company policies related to a clean work environment.
- Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)
- Leads, and coordinates work assignments of sanitation crew.
- Managing master sanitation schedule
- Ensure sanitation crew is trained.
- Develop and present sanitation, GMP, and food safety training programs.
- Policy compliance of what comes into the dishroom
- Audit all sanitation and food safety training programs to ensure compliance.
- Work with USDA and other governmental agencies as needed.
- Prepares reports on inspections, corrects deficiencies, and implements action steps.
- Controls chemicals used in the sanitation process and trains sanitation crew.
- Assisting Production Manager with the planning and organization of the Food Departments needs
- Performing Daily Briefings with employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Coaching and training of employees
- Give clear expectations to employees to prevent misunderstanding.
- Perform all other duties as directed by the management team.
- Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit management.
