Role & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining order in the Kids’ Cabin by properly caring for children, ensuring their safety and entertaining their needs.
Must be at least 17 years of age with 2 quality references. Must have weekend availability. Must have experience with children in a group setting. Training in CPR and first aid preferred. Must have basic computer and reception skills. Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Must be able to bend, kneel and lift small children.
Additional Notes
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with Club Members, children and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.

Role & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining order in the Kids’ Cabin by properly caring for children, ensuring their safety and entertaining their needs.
- Supervise, organize and participate in games, free play, arts & crafts, reading and similar activities for children from 6 months to 12 years of age.
- Provide a safe environment at all times.
- Communicate directly with the children and parents while they visit the Kids’ Cabin.
- Must be able to handle pressure situations including possible life threatening situations with confidence and composure.
- Ensure that all operations of the child care meet a specific quality standard.
- Responsible for keeping Kids’ Cabin property sanitized, clean and organized.
- Knowledge of products and services offered in the child care facility.
- Follow policies and procedures as outlined in Department Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Completes administrative/billing tasks accurately and thoroughly.
