This position will work in either Conrad, Cut Bank or Shelby and will travel between offices.

Reports to the Conrad Escrow Department Supervisor

Who You Are :

• Passionate about customer service, making great first impressions in person and over the phone
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office and quick to learn new programs
• Holds a valid driver’s license and can operate a vehicle for company-related errands and travel
• 1 year of customer service experience required (Title, Escrow, Banking a plus!)
• 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent

About the Role :

As an Escrow / Title Assistant, you will support our escrow and title staff by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining excellent customer service.
