Job description
Flynn Financial is a locally owned and operated Registered Investment Advisory firm, proudly serving Northeastern Pennsylvania and beyond. We collaborate directly with clients to create and implement comprehensive and customized investment strategies. We provide on-going portfolio monitoring and financial planning solutions aimed at enhancing the client's financial success over time. The type of clients we serve include families, retirees, small business owners, medical professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process to completion all forms and documents for new client account opening. This includes gathering the correct forms needed, filling in the forms, sending to the client for review and signature, submitting to supervisor for approval, processing with appropriate custodians/departments, and adhering to various regulatory requirements/document retention policies.
- Process, track, monitor, and ensure completion of all asset/money movement requests (account transfers, distributions, etc.)
- Adhere to strict compliance procedures and regulations while performing processes
- Contribute to a best-in-class experience by communicating with clients often via phone, email, and in person
- Follow up with clients/custodians/partners/vendors on all tasks and forms that have been mailed or emailed
- Greeting/engaging with clients in conjunction with meetings and via telephone/E-mail
- Perform clerical tasks which entail scheduling appointments, answering phones, providing information to clients, and composing and typing routine correspondence
- Accurately manage and maintain client files in electronic file system
- CRM Data Input/Note Taking
- Portfolio Accounting and reporting tasks

Basic Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelors degree and/or 1 or more years of working in an office type of experience(flexible)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
