- Purge files annually
- Create and maintain all student files
- Maintain/update all departmental databases
- Maintain/update all departmental budgets
- Upholds and promotes the Mission and Philosophy of the University and the Sisters of Mercy.
- Preserves honesty and integrity in the professional affairs of the University; adheres to high standards of ethical practices and conduct.
Education:
- Associates Degree in business or general studies
Experience:
- 3 years experience in roles requiring coordination of meetings, events, appointments or providing administrative support to multiple bosses using basic spreadsheet and database software.
