Immediate opportunity to join a rapidly growing San Francisco-based holding company that specializes in acquiring and operating franchised businesses. As Corporate Development Associate at Flynn Group LP, the candidate reports directly to the Director of Corporate Development to assist in all elements of the investment process including acquisition modeling, due diligence, business and market analysis, deal negotiation, and capital markets transactions. The Corporate Development Associate will have direct access to the CEO and CFO, working closely with them in all aspects of the business.

Corporate Development Associate
The position will be an integral part of the six-person corporate development team, tasked with executing the company’s acquisition growth strategy through financial modeling and planning, data analysis and due diligence. This role will be an opportunity to work very closely with senior company executives, private equity sponsor representatives, banks, and other capital providers.
Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to :
Acquisition Analysis& Due Diligence
- Prepare and maintain underwriting models for potential acquisition targets
- Analyze unit-level and consolidated financial statements for acquisition targets
- Assess financial statement integrity of target companies
- Assist in due diligence efforts between accounting, finance, human resources, IT and purchasing departments for all acquisitions
- Conduct capital structure scenario and returns analyses

California Candidates : The good faith estimated range of base salary pay for the above position is $100,000 - $200,000 for California-based candidates depending on factors including but not limited to experience and skill.
