Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms, a family owned, Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire, founded in 1972. We offer our team members flexible scheduling, a friendly working environment, in addition to competitive pay. Our Philadelphia, PA Corporate Office, is looking to fill several FT or PT Customer Service Representatives who are resourceful, outgoing, patient, and a fast learner. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills with the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via a team's or zoom call.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders and products.
- Process new orders.
- Assist customers with the correct fit for their child / children.
- Check orders for accuracy.
- Learn product line and processes.
