Position: Casino Porter
Reports To: Food & Beverage Shift Lead
Major Responsibility:
Maintain cleanliness in specified areas of gaming on Casino floor.
Other Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Keep Service Stations clean and stocked at all times.
- Assure that food trays are set up at all times, ready for use.
- Bus all trays and dishes from service trays.
- Clean and sweep around gaming tables in the assigned areas.
- Keep gaming tabletops brushed and clean.
- Never indicate that tips “tokes,” or gratuities are required for services.
- Assist the Food Severs in serving seated player’s coffee, or water.
- Retrieve and deliver cards from Card Control as directed.
- Assure that cushions are not left on the floor, but placed in the racks provided.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to push at least 15 lbs, bend in the waist and the knees repetitively
