Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of building equipment and systems, meeting key performance metrics.
- Carry out installations, modifications, and repairs as required.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and vendors to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation for compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to service requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a Building Engineer or Maintenance Technician role.
- Recognized HVAC qualification or relevant technical certification.
- Ability to adapt to different tasks, assisting outside core trade when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
