Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled BMS Operative to support a high-profile site in Seattle, WA. You will monitor building performance, assist with technical issues, and contribute to energy efficiency goals at a world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Analyze Systems: Oversee building performance via Siemens BMS software and identify optimization opportunities.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with remote remedial actions where possible.
• Energy Efficiency: Identify and drive energy-saving initiatives in line with net-zero goals.
• Reporting: Track building performance and provide insightful reports to guide improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and client teams to address technical issues and optimize building strategies.
• Documentation & Alerts: Maintain up-to-date building operation documents and manage system alerts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 years of experience with BMS systems (Siemens preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Facilities Management experience (preferred but not required).
• Interest in sustainability and energy management.
