Our client has an open position for Regional Facility Manager .The position reports to the Vice President of Facilities and will support 30-35 restaurant locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia.We need high-calorie, experienced individuals to join our organization. Looking for fine dining experience including fine dining remodel experience.
Responsibilities
The qualified candidate with be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing the physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds by performing the following duties :
- Implement and supervise repair and maintenance programs.
- Provide operational support for resolving facility maintenance and repair issues across all concepts in the region
- Coordinates and manages budgets and spending for R&M, FF&E, and capital projects
- Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Performs detailed inspections and initiates all corrective action and repairs
- Negotiates and monitors all scheduled services such as HVAC, refrigeration, hood cleaning, fire suppression systems, grease trap services, etc.
- Oversee and manage capital projects, including image enhancement initiatives, to ensure successful implementation
