Sales Executive Facilities Management Experience
Skillsets and Experience : This person will have strong industry selling skills and preferably loyal customers which align with our vertical focus.
TARGET niche verticals include Cleaning, Security, HVAC, Pest Control, Construction, Restoration, FMS for Residential Property Holdings, Hyper Local / Statewide / Regional, Property Preservation / Mortgage Deal Services, and Tool / Equipment Rentals.
Candidate profile Required Elements for Candidate experience :
True Hunter or long-term farmer with book of business.
Relationships with customers in one of target industry verticals
Description :
The new Sales Executive forges new business, develops accounts and
provides service support. This is achieved with proven relationship selling
skills to identify opportunities and set sales strategies for defined area,
territory or targeted accounts. A Sales Executive drives sales growth by
networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs.
Reporting to the CEO, a Sales Executive is part of our sales team, represents
our company and communicates our compelling value proposition.
Objective : Focused on securing new logos
Key Responsibilities :
Forges new business as new business development and secures new
logos
Develops accounts by building relationships, expanding services,
and increasing our presence
Solve business problems for customers with proven consultative
selling skills
Identify opportunities and set sales strategies
Drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads
and assessing customer needs
Active player as part of the Sales team
Represents our company and communicates our compelling value
proposition.
Build a pipeline identifying and qualifying opportunities;
pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers and building account
revenues of new and existing clients
Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required
for our offering
Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and
competitors
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
