This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade regulations, import/export compliance, and customs procedures. The ideal candidate will support the compliance team in ensuring that the company adheres to all international trade laws and regulations while gaining valuable exposure to global supply chain management.

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Global Trade Compliance Intern to support our trade compliance team in various tasks and projects. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade regulations, import/export compliance, and customs procedures. The ideal candidate will support the compliance team in ensuring that the company adheres to all international trade laws and regulations while gaining valuable exposure to global supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a live dashboard to support the reporting and analysis of key trade compliance metrics; The dashboard is intended to track and measure both import and export control metrics to help Global Trade Compliance monitor compliance risk systemically based on actual transactions.
- Global Sanctions Screening Hit Analysis to assist with the analysis of system algorhythms and thresholds to improve screening accuracy
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in trade compliance, international business, or logistics.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience in the field of trade compliance.
