Management Reporting & Planning COE Finance Intern

Job Summary

Join our Management Reporting and Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Finance Analyst Intern, supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Collaborate with finance partners, drive projects, and gain exposure to global financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end closing, preparing management presentations, and ad hoc requests (P&L, working capital, etc.)
• Perform financial analysis to support cross-functional finance partners
• Drive process improvements for efficient analysis and informed decision-making
• Validate internal reporting data for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze cost center reporting and provide insights
• Gain exposure to reports on Working Capital, EBIT, and Spending Variances
• Support annual budgeting, including template preparation and business submission consolidation
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or International Business
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Experience handling large data sets

• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• SAP knowledge
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting software
