Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing, preparing management presentations, and ad hoc requests (P&L, working capital, etc.)
- Perform financial analysis to support cross-functional finance partners
- Drive process improvements for efficient analysis and informed decision-making
- Validate internal reporting data for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze cost center reporting and provide insights
- Gain exposure to reports on Working Capital, EBIT, and Spending Variances
- Support annual budgeting, including template preparation and business submission consolidation
- Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or International Business
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Experience handling large data sets
- Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- SAP knowledge
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting software
- International/multinational experience or global company exposure
