Job Title: Junior Instructor (JrPro)
Facility Management Corporation, known as FMC Ice Sports, operates 25 public ice skating arenas across Massachusetts. We are seeking Junior Instructors to work under the supervision of program Supervisors and assist Lead Instructors in delivering high-quality ice sport facility management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to control customer interactions
- Teach safe ice activities habits and attitudes to the public
- Enforce rink policies and operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patrons and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience assisting or teaching skating classes is preferred
- Ability to proficiently ice skate
- Age 16 or older
