SAP S/4 ERP Systems Design Owner, Finance Product Costing and Controlling

Role Overview: FMC Corporation is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join the IT Functional Enablement – ERP Systems team, as the Global ERP Systems Design Owner for Product Costing and Controlling. The Global ERP Systems Design Owner is accountable for ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the SAP System Design for Product Costing, Controlling and related integrations . The ERP Sytems Design Owner is an expert in SAP solution design, responsible for researching and communicating solution roadmaps and impacts to global to impacted stakeholders The Design Owner is accountable for governing, engaging on delivery of capabilities, approving and maintaining enterprise solutions aligned to the strategy of the Organization and the processes required by the Business. Accountable for adhering to IT governance and change management controls. The ERP Systems Design Owner is a highly integrated role, who will work closely with Global Process Owners, FMC’s IT, Functional and Commerical enablement teams, Project Management and various Centers of Excellence to lead solution design; introduce new or enhance exsiting enterprise systems design; while ensuring the integrity, scalability and sustainability of recommended solution. This role is responsible for leading design, resource assumptions, testing strategy, acceptance criteria, risk management, training and transition to IT and Functional COE’s. In addition, this role may be responsible for project management and oversight. Should be comfortable working Globally, on Localization matters. Required Education: B.S. degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science) or a relevant Business discipline (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain). SAP Certified, preferred Qualifications: Minimum six years experience working with SAP Finance modules, experience with S/4 HANA a must. Experience in at least one full life cycle SAP project implementation Expert in SAP Product Costing (SAP-PC) and proficient in Controlling (FI-CO), costing component structure, Masterdata, Bills of Material, special procurement keys, Costing variants and cost estimates; Material Ledger (ML), Cost Center Accounting, Budgeting and forecasting Business Process understanding of cost accounting, management accounting and financial analysis and reporting Familiarity with integrated business processes i.e. Record To Report, Order To Cash, Procurement, Integrated Planning, Make To Deploy, etc. Strong capability in working across organization and translating business requirements into a solution concepts and reporting outputs Experience working on projects requiring adherence to governance, controls, and standard processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong bias for action and ability to deliver solutions on-time and within budget Strong Understanding of Data Protection and how it impacts reporting and data access controls Key Role Responsibilities: Provide solution and process expertise within assigned process areas Ensure on-going adherence to global design and FMC project governance and controls Accountable for the design and integration of our global product costing components in SAP, Material Management module, Material Ledger(ML), and Production Planning (PP) platform.
