Overview

FMI’s Performance consulting practice helps construction firms to optimize their performance/ profitability and manage operational risk. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual with acute attention to detail, who will assist our consultants effectively in delivering industry-leading solutions for our clients.
This is a full-time opportunity based in our office in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative support to multiple Performance practice consultants
- Assist in the coordination of practice-wide communications, meetings, and reporting
- Proof and professionalize formal client deliverables with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Administer client surveys and develop corresponding survey results
- Facilitate invoicing of professional fees and expenses to clients
- Coordinate scheduling and set up conference/video calls
- Facilitate printing, packing and shipping of client deliverables including workbooks and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in an administrative professional role or equivalent position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) a must.
- Superior skills in attention to detail, organization and time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication including proofing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with CRM and accounting software a plus
- Experience with electronic survey tools a plus
