This role involves designing and delivering impactful consulting solutions that drive client success. Strong project management skills are essential, as the role requires coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Key areas of focus include leadership and talent development, succession planning, high-performing team dynamics, organizational effectiveness, and executive advising and coaching.
This is a regular, full-time position based in either our Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters or our Denver, Colorado office. Consultants in this role can expect to travel approximately 50%–70% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress against milestones and adapting plans as needed to meet client needs.
- Design, prepare, and deliver high-impact leadership development and organizational consulting sessions in a variety of formats, including large and small groups, one-on-one coaching, and virtual environments.
- Facilitate strategic business conversations that drive insight, decision-making, and lasting change for clients.
- Develop and tailor client-facing content and materials, integrating new and existing resources to meet specific client objectives.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and thoughtful follow-up.
- Lead and support project teams, creating a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that fosters learning, accountability, and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and participation in internal learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, Psychology, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a senior leadership role or consulting position, with a focus on leadership development, organizational development, HR, or related areas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- External consulting experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, change management, strategy, or HR strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex organizational initiatives or talent development programs.
- Skilled in assessing, designing, and leading external consulting engagements.
- Experience with group facilitation, training, and public speaking strongly preferred.
- Prior experience leading teams or mentoring others is a plus.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment.
- Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively while managing competing demands.
Compensation Information:
- Base salary is $119,000 plus bonus.
