Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction through feedback management and resolving concerns.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
- Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability.
- Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff.
- Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts.
Qualifications for Restaurant Manager Position:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry.
